  • VIDEO: Sparring.

    Here is a video of some constructive sparring with one of my stable mates; Luke.

    Luke is 5'8" 165lb. I am in the gray shorts with the white Jordans.

    Because I know sombody is going to say you suck you are lunging with right hands and stumbling.

    Those are not right hands. They are stuffs. I reach with my right hand, press his left glove into his chest she he can't hit me, pivot right, then left hook.

      yeah thats good a bit of an unusual stance (quite open) and you drop the left a bit but i guess that may be your style

                    You are obviously a novice and you should focus on safety first. Dont be boastful or try to be flashy. Acquire a good foundation in regards to proper technique.

                    Any good boxer can see your jab coming from a mile away... shooting a jab from your hip is irresponsible and leaves you vulnerable. I would have a field day with straight rights.
