    I dont know about in America - but in England, most plain normal (no icecream centred) ice lollys are around 60/70cals.

    I snack on one of those.

    Other than that - if you're hungry, ahve a cup of tea or a pint of water.

        dunt have to be weight watchers mate.

        get yourself down tescos or something - Soleros have icecream in them, but its skimmed milk icecream and they're a hefty portion of real nice sweet ice cream - only 99 cals and hardly any fat. Treat yoruself to one of those.

          of course youll feel less filled than before, but just remember what youre doing and why. thats what i do. also, its ok to have one jaffa cake every so often, and drink plenty of water to avoid hunger. mind over matter.

            Along with all the other foods suggested, you could try eating celery. You'll actually lose more calories eating it than you get from the celery.

              If you're doing boxing, I would think you're strong enough mentally to just say no to ALL of that processed ****. Eat fruits if you want something sweet. It really is not hard once you get into the habit of doing it.
