Why not have a protein shake blended with banana. Fills you up a treat, will save your muscles from depletion and tastes a treat!

Don't try and eat less, just make sure that what you're eating is healthy. If you eat less often than before then your metabolism will slow down, which will make it harder to lose weight.

Trying eating foods that are high in protein. Chicken, cod, tuna etc. These will fill you up but are not high in calories (less calories in a gram of protein than in a gram of fat or carbohydrate).

                Grilled chicken is good.

Porridge is good, brown rice is good, vegetables, brown bread, pasta.

Try to take in the carbs early in the day and then cut them out a few hours before bed.

if you want something sweet... have an iced lolly. (do you call the popsicle)

I dont know about in America - but in England, most plain normal (no icecream centred) ice lollys are around 60/70cals.

I snack on one of those.

Other than that - if you're hungry, ahve a cup of tea or a pint of water.

yeh get, ice lollys but look at them the set if there low fat, don't be getting magnums or Häagen-Dazs. Weight watchers puddings/ice creams are low fat too.

Like if you have a cup of tea just have half a spoon of sugar instead of 2 spoon fulls, it's just things like that.
