Exactly. People always brag about how much they can bench, when at the end of the day it doesn't prove ****!

I bet around 75% of all the people that brag how much they can bench arn't doing it properly in the first place. They're too busy acting like billy big bollocks to their friends to perfect the technique.

On it's way by the end of the week! How the **** is it easy to film yourself doing the bench press? When I go to the gym with a mate he will record it which I feel uncomfortable to ask him to do this to be honest, he may think I'm a bit of an *******! But if you need proof it's coming!

Thats great news Bizzle, dont forget to show us you standing on the scales too. Also make sure the weights on either side of the barbell are clearly viewable as being what 55-60Kgs.

You will have my utmost respect if this video goes well.

As Ali said before facing Holmes 'I'm knocking at the door of greatness and I just have to open the door'.

i weigh around 82kgs and i can only bench around 4 reps on 100kgs!!

benching nearly twice your body weight, that's a first for boxing that i've heard of!!!

lifting is not bad for boxing, heavy lifting is tho (at least for the lower weight classes). heavy lifting may make you strong but it just makes you stiff which is something i think a boxer should avoid. i used to be a heavy lifter in high school, but going to boxing really help me regain my flexibility.
