      Well I dont know what your eating now, but you probably know this cut out all fast food, processed food, soda, and lower your carbs. Try to eat carbs (oatmeal) only at breakfast and post work out (whole grains).

          I have no idea what that is but read the label if it has alot of carbs and sugars its not good for you.. stick to water, and green tea.
