    "this is not a good like guys" - 40 Year Old ******


    lately i have been running 2 miles per day every day for like the past 4 days and i have def. been losing weight i have only lost like 3 pounds tho but i look or i feel like i look different.

    anyways

    i got man boob and like i said it's not a good look does anyone know how to lose it???

    Work out you're chest, do dips,Push ups, and other workouts, with a good diet, and good amount of cardio they will be gone in a month probably depending on how much there is.

        cuz im i was at 273 about a month or two ago now im down to 263 i bought a scale to weigh my self but im not trying to get to crazy about because all that stress will just make it worse but ever since i staretd i have been running the two miles faster every day

          Chest flies, push ups and shoulder work to train your upper pecs!

            How tall are you man?

            Dips is a chest excersize where you get a Dip Bar and With elbows away from body and hips slightly bent, lower body until chest is slightly stretched. Push body up in same posture and repeat.. Google it.

              dont avoid the push ups...they're very important, if you're not strong enough to do them just do what you can then you'll keep getting better at it...

                  i have them too lol , well i used to anyway,

                  i started getting them wen i was about 14 and kept them for ages, im 16 now though,

                  to get rid of them, do a little bit of bench press with a wide grip or , get too dumbbells and oen your arms wide and bring backtogther ,

                  best thiing is good wide pushups enough so it hurts,

                  doing theese wide pushups devolps your outer pecs and you will devolp muscle underneath,

                  now i have what looks like pecs but is atchuly bit of muscle with fat on top,


                  so i recommed big wide push ups, so you feel the burn the next day, you gotta push your self

                    for chest toning, do whole body cardio. play tennis for example.

                    in the weight lifting department, so more reps with lighter weights. that's how u work on definition.

                    i learned things from people who were either fitness trainers or olympic weight lifters. one guy i used to know once set a world record for a lift. the record only lasted something like 7 or 8 months, but that is still a hell of an accomplishment.

                    so, what u want is to not add bulk muscle but to trim and define what u have already. and the cardio helps you lose that layer of fat on the outer portion of your chest.
