        Decline bench press. It works the lower pec, underneath your nipple and turns the fat that hangs and looks like a titty into muscle.

          well im not boxing im just running two miles everyday i have already lost like 10 pounds in just pure running everyday

          since wednesday i have lost about 4.4 pounds in just running everyday

          but i don't know if running will make me lose the man boobs but the thing is i don't want to make them muscles

          and won't working out like doing dipps and push ups give you more muscles because i knda just want to get CUT to have my muscles defined.

              Make sure to work your back, too. Deep pushups, like with the handle thingies, or pushups with your hands on chairs so that you stretch your pecs; chins & pull-ups; deadlifts; shrugs -- one thing that leads to man-boobs is having overdeveloped pecs that then go soft, coupled with bad posture; at least, that's what it was in my case. Working your back and stretching out your shoulders will pull your chest tighter and flatten your pecs. Losing weight is always good, too. Stick with the cardio.

                i would skip rope. works wonders for loose fat in the upper section, especially love handles and doing crossovers will tighten up your chest better than anything else imo.

                  yeah, try to avoid full on weight exercises as u are a big boy and it will give you more mass.

                  you want to eliminate the layer of fat around the muscles, not build up muscles.

                  do full body cardio like tennis, basketball, martial arts, etc in addition to jogging.

                  do don't have to do full on push ups either. the ones girls use mostly involves having your knees as a point of balance and not your toes. u should be able to crank out 3 times more reps. u should be looking for less weight and more reps - for toning. u want to kickstart your matabolism.

                  any fitness consultant will back me here. and remember to adjust your diet with a nutrition specialist.

                    one more thing, try doing buterflies - i am not sure what people call them in different gyms or practices.

                    lay on a bench, take light 5 lb weights in each hand and bring the from out in front of you down to your sides. then back up in front. repeat.

                    these specifically work the chest area.

                      the best way to lose fat is to have a good diet cause losing weight and losing fat is different. you can lose weight and still have man boobs cause you lost muscle weight. i would suggest you do some research on bodybuilding forums , those guys know everything about losing fat and good diets.
