I was thinking the same thing....400 pushups a day is an EXCELLENT FREE workout for your entire body. Mix it up with some pullups and situps and you'll be a Monster.

Same with fitness. I barely even sweat when I lift weights, but I do cardio separately and am in pretty decent shape.
