well ll explain my situation to you... i maintain my look and weight with my workouts... the weight ive been maintaining isnt where i wanna be... i wanna be more cut and weigh about 15lbs less.. and maintain THAT instead... so im goin on a strict diet for a month to get where i wanna be.. then i can maintain that...Comment

yeah but.. .im not fat but ive got fat around my stomach.. i dont have a gut.. but theres fat there, im not dehydrating myself or anything.. id just like to be around 175... its a maintainable weight...Comment

I eat what I want and go gym every weekday and boxing three times a week and still look cut. And at fighting weight.Comment

i don't believe you man , post a pic so i can have a good laugh. you can't be ript and wel muscled if you don't follow some kind of diet. if you say you can eat what ever u want without gaining weight it means that u got an ectomorphic bodytype so that means that u probably don't got much muscle.Comment
