Honestly? I feelt 100% normal, and great.... all my after work naps have stopped as well.... i stopped caffeine and sugar... now i just have natural energy...
From the pic, all your doing is starving yourself.
When a the 2nd of my best friends died I didn't eat for like 2 weeks. Had no appetite and was still working out. Of course your muscle stays on you but everything else (water weight, fat) all comes off.
I've never been over 6% body fat but my mid-section and abs slimmed to the point of like Brad Pitt fight club abs. My abs tend to pop off my stomach a little but it was completely flat and still ripped.
After I ate a few full meals the next day it came back on.
first of all this is total bull****. You need protein to sustain muscle. If you were working out without eating you were burning fat and muscle and you dont lose a brad pitt six pack after a couple of full meals. Its posts like this that make me ****ing laugh...
By the way the diet is totally ****ing unhealthy and anyone who does not think so is a total ****ing moron!
i have a bit of a gut! but i am trying to lose it by cranking out 4miles 6 times a week.
I also drink monster amounts of booze at the weekend and smoke big style!
the thing is before i started running i wasnt gaining weight doing all of the above. so now that i am running 24miles a week i must be losing weight.. but i am not!
Any one got any tips??? apart form reeds milkshake diet which sounds good but i wouldnt have the time to prepare that many shakes a day.

That's your problem right there. The booze my friend. Also, I can't understand how you're not losing weight after running 24 miles a week - you're putting in more miles than I do. Why don't you list your typical daily diet and then we can tell you what you shouldn't be eating and what you should be eating more of.
9am: 1 item of fruit for breakfast while i walk mile to work.
1pm: wholemeal bread sarny with turkey and salad
5.30pm: 4 mile run
7ish: dinner which for instance last night was beans on toast with 2 poached eggs and brown sauce!
i NEVER snack.. ever.
I also drink alot of water from 1pm until i finish work at 5
weekends tho i eat 2 meals a day usually nothing healthy and get pissed! i have cut this down to 2 nights a week tho. 1 week night and either a fri or sat night.
I know people who eat alot more than me and dont excersize and are thin.

Why dont you read the article before you start your bull**** name calling... u read my first post and then proceeded to indirectly call me a ****in moron? go **** yourself.

the only thing i can think it is, is metabolism..
I may have to agree with you there but it depends. I mean, how much do you drink in a weekend? Do you also have sneaky booze sessions when the football/boxing is on? The 2 meals at the weekend you mention - are they take-away by any chance?
Before you start blaming metabolism, why don't you have two weeks without the booze & fatty foods and why not try to cut your smoking back? I guarantee you that if you work out hard and are strict with your diet you will see results. BUT, you have to be able to discipline yourself.
Good luck! Oh, and remember to drink plenty of water.
Thanks for the advice! i give you some green k but i have no idea what it means or how it is done! haha.
Its bday this weekend so i HAVE to drink its the law! but i shall try 2 weeks cutting out all crap starting monday! i just didnt think that 2 days out of 7 eating shyte and drinking alot wouldnt make any diffrence with the amount of running i do! but its pretty obvious really that it is!
