Yes, although Weight, and Fat, are two different things... as long as your diet remains clean you will keep the fat off... but that is with any diet you go on.

People have been trying to find an easy way to a "greek god" body for decades now, it's just funny to me how it comes down to hard work and proper dieting every time. There are no real shortcuts, I find it confusing how someone as dedicated as you are is even trying to look for them. I remember you giving a bag glove review saying you work the bag for 12 rounds and you seem to be active in almost every dieting discussion presented on this board so you must know a lot by now. The best toned bodies I can think of are those of Michael Jai White and the young Sylvester Stallone and they keep stressing the importance of hard work, dedication and eating none processed foods.
By a young Sylvester Stallone I assume you mean after he made Rocky 1 because while he was training for Rocky 1 his diet was pretty messed up. He said (on his website) that while he was training for Rocky 1 he basically starved himself and drank Coffee to keep his metabolism going. He also took Amino Acids that, according to him, were as strong as steroids.

This is stuff you can see on his website. I'd link it but his entire website (at least the last time I went to it) is flash based so you can't link it.

                Good stuff, man.

I am dieting right now myself(although not velocity, but I only have to drop like a pound or two anyway) and eating clean and properly is a helluva mess with a hectic schedule like mine.

                Anyway, good luck, man.
