well ll explain my situation to you... i maintain my look and weight with my workouts... the weight ive been maintaining isnt where i wanna be... i wanna be more cut and weigh about 15lbs less.. and maintain THAT instead... so im goin on a strict diet for a month to get where i wanna be.. then i can maintain that...

I eat what I want and go gym every weekday and boxing three times a week and still look cut. And at fighting weight.
