      I keep a rotissery chicken in the fridge that i get at acme allready cooked and just pick at it i also get to learn the anatomy of a bird whole thing lasts me about 3 days

      also hard boiled eggs eat it whole nothing on it

          I think thats kind of a myth. I eat at anytime in the day that I'm hungry, and as long as you keep it healthy, and workout right, eating carbs, or anything, at night, will not prevent you from gaining weight. If you're losing weight, and the calories in are less than the calories out, then you're good to go. I'm not sayin have a big dinner 5 minutes before bed, but to say not to eat past 7 is a little bit of a stretch to say the least...

                almonds are the best - full of vitamins, a handfull of almonds after training is a really good idea
