Active yogurt cultures. Whole milk, Heavy cream, These type of things are very high in saturated fat.

The low-fat Bio yoghurts I have, made by Rachels Organics are something like 1.4gms fat per 100gms. Damn good too!

Tonight i'm going out to pick up some baby carrots, a jar of low fat peanut butter, and I want yogurt too, when i'm craving something sweet it sounds good. What is it about cottage cheese that makes it good for you? They sell cottage cheese singles at my grocery store, which is some cottage cheese with a side of a fruit.

I like eating all natural/ no pres Garlic Hummus w/ Whole Wheat crackers. That stuff is addicting. I also eat light 60 calorie yogurt here and there. Don't get completly rid of dairy, you need at least one serving a day.

Since baseball season here, I like snacking on no salt peanuts, the ones you crack open. You end up enjoying them, 1 cause there fresh, 2 you don't eat as many when you have to open um up. I always have fruit handy too.

cottage cheese is low in fat high in protein, for snack eat carrots, pickles, peppers, beef jerkey and/some canned tuna(not so tasty but cheap and healthy).

cottage cheese is especially good before bed because it is mainly composed of casein protein rather than whey; this is good because casein digests much more slowly and therefore will continue to give your body a little more fuel in the night before it starts to eat at your lean muscle mass if you are operating on a calorie deficit

Fruit is not good for a late night snack. You need to not eat past 7 PM if you want to stay healthy and become cut. Also dont eat many carbs for dinner. You dont need them at night. Again dont eat fruit late at night or anything late at night. But if you cant resist I would recommend some cottage cheese.
