Im strugling to hit 140... I do 40min of cardio 4dayz a week but i want muscle too but that brings my weight up. Im to damn "flabby" and cant lose it.
what i did to lose the extra 10lbs of extra body weight was that i went on a all veggy and fruit diet....it works wonders...everyday you will lose a pound like no joke bro..haha
my routine is similar to mayweathers, kinda, well, its the same exact thing.....hahha
10 rounds of sparring, 30 minutes on the pads, 30 minutes on the heavy bag, 200 situps, pullups & pushups, 30 minutes jumping rope and 5 to 7 miles of roadwork.
if you do the road work you will be a beast when you come into the ring with crazy amounts of endurance.

Me. Well right now I weigh 167lbs,5'5,but a week ago I was 180. So I would think a good weight for someone 5'5 is about 130lbs.
How do i lose the body fat though? weight lifting?.. wouldnt that make me gain weight? I wanna get to a cut 135-140.. prob a lil of both huh.. (cardio/weights)

weight lifting is a no no. I went on a 1200 calorie diet.
