I'm the most confident person on this forum period.

But even i know that is 99% impossible what you just stated.

You need your conditioning man... TRUST me.

well, i guess everyone else already said it. but all power punches that i've heard of have been taken the distance and by less than stellar fighters too. more importantly, no amount of weights lifted is going to make you a great power puncher if you do not already have it. if that were the case, everyone would be a power puncher.

Why yall clownin' this kid...lmfao obviosly he's a kid, so stop trying to BOXING PROFESSIONAL him to death lmao...

listen to kid, without conditioning mike cudnt bob and weave back and forth like he did without getting winded. Mike bob'd and weave'd a million times to get up on his opponent then smackem with a good one!

however, I do believe wieght training is a factor in puching power. Be it wieghts, pushups or sum sort of resistance in reps!

but the key to punching power is wieght distribution.....Mr. Brown an old trainer in my gym says it best...

THE MORE YOU PIVOT THE HARDER YOU PUNCH!...

repeat that in your head kiddo...millions of times...

That's perfect man, and then when you fight all the much taller boxers in your weight class and they outbox you and tie you up for a few rounds till you can't lift your gloves and then they can knock some sense into you.
