    I eat well and train really really hard. Dont depend on supplements because in the end they will always have a negative affect on you.

            what negative effects will vitamins, whey protein, glutamine, and BCAA's and fish and flax oils have on a person i wonder?

                  fish gives a person a ability to get aroused easier....seriously it does. Fish is brain food and boner food.
