fish oil -
CLA 3 per day
Multivit 1-2 per day
glutamine (twin lab) 2 before workout, 2 after
amino "fuel 1000" (twin lab) 4x3 times per day
another amino one, not twin lab, wal-mart ****.. after workouts sometimes (3)
sometimes omega-3 (from fish) 3 times per day
plus whey protein shakes (anywhere from 1-5 per day)Comment

i just saw on this online news vid that flax/canola oil supplements aren't good for you mang. maybe throw in a CLA or omega (not just -3, but all of 'em) supple instead?Comment

yahoo news videos, under health. it was just saying that the health benefits from a flax or canola oil based omega-3 pill/food additive was no where near that of ones from fish oil.Comment

cool thanks man ill watch it later. i take fish oils also, but i have flax everyday with my salad at lunch. i have the milled seeds from the organic store.Comment
