and that means Red, yellow, blue, brown, orange, black, green, and everything inbetween.

Its probably better for the wimps in my weight class... it'll shorten my Reign as KING if it is really bad for your health.

It really is bad for you in the long run. As we age, our bodies produce lesser amounts of Pepsin, an enzyme that digests protein. It is well documented that the wall of your intestines accumulate plaque (Just as a plaque buils on ones teeth) over a period of time with meat consumption. You'd be surprised at what comes out of your system after consuming Pure Fiber (Psyllium Husk) for a one week duration.

              Lets do an experiment......

step one - buy some psyllium husk and put it into a glass. add some water. let sit.

several hours later your glass will be filled with a firm gel in the shape of the glass.

step two - ingest psyllium husk. you will crap a tube of the same gell.

your intestines do not build up plaque io am sorry to say. the medical community vastly disagrees with this.

It was made up by Richard Anderson, a snakeoil salesman... to help sell his products.

im curious to see where this is well documented. (buy dr's not business men)

Mucoid Plaque is a myth, and "intestinal mucosa" is a healthy function of your digestive system.

So this is the reason why it appears that you are cleansing your insides but its really the psyllium thats causing you to crap more out.. Walgreens needs to give me back my $25 dollars.
