advanced amateurs for example kevin mitchell who use to be excellent and won the aba's and is now 20 fight undefeated pro, use to train up to twice a day every day a lot of olmpic boys do, so all im saying is its gotta be the way forward if you wanna progrees in your career. Do you think roy jone's strict father who trained him really let him have every other day off lol, I don' think so.

I do boxing stuff about 4-5 days a week and I lift 4 days a week and running is as normal as brushing my teeth. So in reality something is going on every day

I've been running awhile myself. Im afraid if I stop a few days that my times in the mile will go away, that would really suck.Plus my conditioning of course.

is 4 days of boxing a week along with 3-4 days of intense conditioning (sprints, drills, etc.), and 1-2 week of weight lifting enough if you don't got a fight coming up??

I've got 3 nights a week at the gym, then running and/or home workout on the other days with either sat or sunday as a day off. Plus i do a few sets of pushups/situps everymorning before 5am. Just depends how much you want it really.
