In weight lifting if you lift everyday you dont get the same gains as you would from letting your muscles rest. That might be what msgrain is thinking about but i can see no problem at all in boxers training everyday.

when i was in the summer hoildays i trainned everyday as i had the time but like i say i just dont have the time anymore.
im starting a new program next week because the days at my gym are changing to monday and wes. i will have the tuesday off and train at home on thurday, friday and saturday as im not in college on a thursday or fridayand saturday and i will still play rugby on sundays as the is just as intenst for fitness as when i go my boxing club.
