Yeah I do it. I can tell you every calorie and every carb and every protein that god nto my mouth every three hours.
I eat 280 grams protein a day
210 carbs
fat you just add a bit to each meal so you dont need to count that im talking like 8 almods or a tablesppon flaxseed or a squirt of olive oil

I think I know what im doing. And if you ned help just ask. Id also advise you to go to bodybuilding.com for more info on how to eat six meals a day.
But depending on what type of exercise you are doing if your bxoing. You need mroe carbs than I was taking in when I was weight lifting. I had to up my carbs even because of boxing. And my calories. And just because one diet worked for me doesn't mean it work for you. To get results like that what i did. You haft to eat religeously not cheat ever and eat on time on the minute every three hours. And every calories hast to be counted.
Its confuseing yes it is. Also you haft to workout at certain times of the day. For example I workout one full hour before 10:30am why? Because at 10:30 am i have a protein shake with milk and a banana so im imiditely giveing my body teh nutrients it needs to recover form the workout i just did. I wanna do this cos i need 2 lose 5kg's by november, but I dont really understand how big the meal should be? does a bowl of porridge count? or like a bowl of pasta, can u drink protein shakes with ur meals or should they be classed as a meal?

a meal is as big as you want it to be, the thing thats more important is knowing (if not exactly then roughly) how many calories your body needs per day at you current weight. if you want to get bigger, increase the calories. smaller, decrease them.
but wouldnt you be able to lose 5k in water weight alone?
