also you can keep the same weight by eating 3 meals.
if your training for boxing you also need to give at least 30 minets rest after each meal so your not been sick all throught you training.
You eat things like chicken breasts, rice, tuna, pasta. Not exactly hard things to make. and its not about keeping the same weight. It speeds up your metabolism and helps you drop weight and because the meals are smaller your body can absorb them better.

      meal 2

some fruit or avacado handful of nuts

      meal 3

      frozen kashi meal

      meal 4

raw veggies or salad with some grilld chicken strips

      meal 5

      muscle milk shake

      meal 6

You can definately maintain weight on three meals, but it is the other benefits you are after.

Depends how dedicated you are. The results at the end of it are worth it. And i dont see any problem with that anyway. Only somebody who eats **** and junk food all the time would feel like they were sacrificing (sp?) alot.

Ive never had salmon. I love tuna but for some reason have never tried or attempted to even buy it. Ive got a weird feeling i wont like it even though i have no idea what it tastes like
