if you're up that late then one more snack-meal would probably be beneficial.

Ive lost 7 pounds since being on my diet. Im down to 160lbs now,4 months ago I was weighing 175.Eating alot of small meals,or 3 big meals and breaking them up,really helps. It also makes you less hungry as you go.

I find its not that easy for me to follow an exact diet plan as strict as the six meal a day plan I had while body building. This **** burns alot more calories. A week ago I was 181 and 6ft 1 now im 176 hopefully i can get to 160 where I wana be at. I really like this boxing because it allows me to eat more and not be worried about it. Some of these guys I see eating eat alot of food. Always healthy food though.

I've lost 10lbs in just over 3 weeks from eating like this. Im starving now but i get to eat in 30 minutes so ill survive. Aslong as you've got the will power not to cheat and eat junk this diet WILL work. You get used to it after a while aswell so it aint too bad

Just read this thread. It should have all the information you need for eating right.

                      Eggs
                      Fish
                      chicken
                      turkey
                      fruit
                      vegetables
                      almands

Eat plenty of lean meat. things like chiken breasts & tuna. its full of protein for your muscles and has enough carbs so you will have energy for training.

Also make sure you drink plenty of water.

you should be able to find anythin you need to know on here...
