if you're up that late then one more snack-meal would probably be beneficial.

Hey anyone here eat stuff like sweet potato, whole wheat or whole grain english muffin, brown rice, and my favorite irish steel cut oats.

I find its not that easy for me to follow an exact diet plan as strict as the six meal a day plan I had while body building. This **** burns alot more calories. A week ago I was 181 and 6ft 1 now im 176 hopefully i can get to 160 where I wana be at. I really like this boxing because it allows me to eat more and not be worried about it. chicken
turkey
fruit
vegetables
almands
Eat plenty of lean meat. things like chiken breasts & tuna. its full of protein for your muscles and has enough carbs so you will have energy for training.
Also make sure you drink plenty of water.
