Im an amateur fightin next month i got to make weight of 140 im 150 now, any do's and don't of what to eat what not to eat. i eat alot of turkey subs with mayo. please help.

10 pounds in a month is do able, you want to be counting your calories, as many small meals a day as you can and run in the morning before you eat. This will make sure your metabolism is working it's ass off, and the running will burn off calories so your guarenteed to lose weight if you burn more calories than your taking in.

Your a lucky bastard because I'm a wrestler and losing weight comes with the name. First keep eating six meals a day. Not big meals. Stick to lean proteins like fish, chicken stuff like that. Keep drinking water. A ****load of water it will fill you up, keep you hydrated and easy as hell to get rid of. Do interval running like for instance sprint for 45 seconds then rest for 30 and do it again. Salty is right watch calories. Don't worry one month is a lot of time. I know about a guy who cut 15 lbs. in three days. He did it the wrong way but it's possible. Just workout like a madman!

were in the same boat..i MIGHT have a fight next month and i weigh 147 trynna get down to 138..im just run and drink lots of water

im gunna have to lose 9 pounds over the next month. Heres what i've been doing and it works.
Wake up early before work. Run a few miles on an empty stomach. Come home, breakfast - either cereal or a slice of toast - cup of tea.
dinner - tuna sandwich, low fat yoghurt, banana, apple, glass of apple juice.
come home from work - have an orange.
Go Boxing train.
Then have my final meal - usually chicken, salad. Or rice and chicken. At the very least i might have beans on toast or something.
If you get hungery have a piece of fruit, or go for another cup of tea.

I lost 15 lbs in 30 days twice by eating around 900-1100 calories a day (Eat a lot of high volume-low calorie foods)
Exercising:
1. 30 mins on the 100lb bag every day
2. Shooting the basketball for 30 mins just dribbling around (Nothing major, you don't get tired doing this either)
And that's all I had to do, the weight will fall right off you if you do it right
If you find yourself hungry just eat some celery since it has absolutely no calories, lettuce is the same way-0 calories. Good things to eat are the Healthy Choice meals, they're low in cals. and they taste pretty good.

One month to lose 10 lbs is not a real problem. I in now way recommend cutting out eating in any way, as a matter of fact eat what you like. Just be sensible about what you eat and what quan****** you eat. If you wanna spend your time tracking calories and all I guess that that is fine. But all that you havt to really do is consider what you eat and train hard. As training goes on and your body and endurance become stronger you are going to be working for longer and harder rounds. I dont know what your body looks like right now or if you need to even lose weight. Im just saying train hard and it will come. Trying to cut weight is the worst thing that I have ever done for myself in the ring. Do it natural and you will have all of your stregnth in the ring. Try and cut corners by drastically cutting weight by other "cheating" methods and you will find you self looking for that strength in every round...............Rockin'
