Ive always been a bulky muscular,but when working out in boxing.(cardio)I define my muscles more.

Well I want to be in shape and be able to fight like the rest of the kids in the boxing gym and have fit bodies like they do i want to be in very good atleteic condition just like the rest of em

you gotta' work at it to get there. Joe Frazier thought the same thing when he rolled into a PAL gym at 220 for the first time.. and a fat-ass 220.

why on earth to people believe the only way to get bigger muscles is to do exercises specifically focused toward that goal!
muscles increase in size in response to any adverse stimulous they are exposed to whether this be weight training or not. it is a survival reaction your body doesnt care how it looks! if a man did nothing but his the heavybag hard he would still gain alot of muscle.
