dont worry at least you have something that shows you won. all i have is my little brother medal for swimming hanging in my room, we share room.

sometimes it makes me feel depressed that I havent dont anything in my life but what the hell got 3 semester and gradute for college

DONT FORGET TO USE THE JAB

jab is the most important punch and you could KO person better by using the jab. as a title belt dont underestimate you oppenet use the jab to study him , make him off balance and making opening. also score with it.

      is it an amataur bout?

In Joe Frazier's book (Smokin' Joe) he never once mentions weight-lifting as a means of his training, and he only slightly semi-alludes (that's all, seriously) to it being a semi-serious factor in his own gym after he hung up the gloves and started working with Marvis (and others).

road work, sparring, heavybag, etc. that was it.

Thats what I do.**** all the other unnecessary ****. All it will do to me is over train you and make you very exhausted.

exactly. perfect what you'll need, Frazier spent much of his time with Yank (during the beginning) with him just holding up a medicine ball and Joe perfecting the arc and aim of his left-hook. He won basically all of his fights with just that one punch.

I honestly was more pissed at the fact that we couldn't work.

I wanted to try south paw (because I suck at it) and sidestepping instead of dodging a few times...

But this ***get kept trying to hurt me.. I mean it is boxing but he hooked right into my neck/ear hard as hell and pissed me off... because the shot shouldn't have been that hard..

Next thing I know he was on the floor... then pissed and wouldn't leave the ring saying "I wanna fight again right now... i dont need to recover"

That was after he woke up mind you.

To get a K.O. that cold I felt real infront of all those people.

Frazier was naturally big anyway. He wouldnt need to weight lift.

Some people are like that. I am. I only need to look at a weight and i put muscle on.
