P.S. i got an eight pack.
I apologise with regard to this post. I brought this up with my trainer today (monday), i have a six pack and apparently its not too good in regard to delivering and taking punches (he had a go at me about neglecting that area of conditioning). He also says that "eight packs are the result of isolation exercises that work the lower abs and core. They are also partly due to genetics, i.e. whether your an ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph. Also in his opinion they're not worth trying to attain as you could be doing some other training that would be more beneficial for boxing i.e. ringcraft.
So in conclusion, mighty mouse isn't feeling so mighty and more than a bit self conscious at the moment.Last edited by mightymouse2k; 09-03-2007, 05:55 PM.
