  • Jab problems

Alright so sometimes when I'm throwing my jab a lot, or too fast and too hard, the muscle on top of my arm just before the elbow just really starts to hurt, this is when I'm snapping the punch. Any advice?

that could be your problem, maybe start with a slow round or two on the heavy bag and some slow pushups and stretch. Or take a day or two off and R.I.C.E the muscle so it is as good as new again.

a good way to warm up is just do some light skipping then put the rop above you head and pull pack on it, so it streches you shoulders

Yon always need to warm up. Break a slight sweat and at my gym we always do arm circles too. I mean alot, small circles forward and then back. Then huge circles back then forword. All about 30-40 seconds each. You really never see that anymore.

Arm circles are awesome, but seriously warm up and cool down properly this helps prevent injuries and helps with recovery time of your muscles.

Give it some serious time to heal if you can...
Unless you have a fight on the way or someting it would be for the best.

Some muscle groups are annoying, have less blood flow and repair themselves slower.

ya u might need to take time off..

but jus use that shoulder to pop the jab, time it. do stretches for ur arms before training...

i dunno what more to say
