Alright so sometimes when I'm throwing my jab a lot, or too fast and too hard, the muscle on top of my arm just before the elbow just really starts to hurt, this is when I'm snapping the punch. Any advice?

Yon always need to warm up. Break a slight sweat and at my gym we always do arm circles too. I mean alot, small circles forward and then back. Then huge circles back then forword. All about 30-40 seconds each.You really never see that anymore.

ya u might need to take time off..
but jus use that shoulder to pop the jab, time it. do stretches for ur arms before training...
