I can't comment yet because the video shows very little if anything, but I have seen other videos of you and have been impressed with your work ethic and your tough workouts, so I look forward to your next video

        TO PUNCH:
Is it because my feet were slanting when i did it? and about the neck... What do you mean? Should I lay down off the bed on my back and do it like that???? or just stand up...? let me know i'd like to try it. Others ways kinda hurt and feel weird so i left them alone ans stuck to what i know.(which isnt much about the neck so anything helps in that training area.)
The pushups: Yeah, you need to control your body a lot more. As it is now, you're all over the place... Also, your elbow should be tucked in, so you're doing them like a straight punch. You CAN do them with your arm as it is now, as a variation, but the other way is the "correct" way, and also better for boxing.

Neck: Simply reverse the weight, put it on your back, and pull your head forward untill you get your chin to your chest. You should definitel keep doing them the way you are, as well, just wanted to point out that the movement you were actually training is in the same direction as a punch would move your head.

P.S. Thanks for seeing criticism as constructive, and not getting pissy about it. That's a quality that can take you a long way.

My Goal is to get better everyday. If something you say or know can help me do that then I couldn't see myself getting "pissy" lol..

I just wanna be the best ever.

tight vid d. that neck extension is the ****ING ****. b-hop does them all the time he swears it helps u take punches 10 times better than not doin it. i do that **** 3 times a week its a great exercise. vid is cool. how do u do all that editing and the other stuff, like the intro, and the inverted color thing when u were doing sledgehammer **** in the rain. i can only make vids jus regular, record and post, i would like to know how to edit it and all to make em look cool like that.

anyway good vid, i'll see u on the 26th.....

Haha, I'm feelin' the hype Dac, keep it up,

About the neck exercises, I'm not sure I agree with PunchDrunk. To absorb the impact of the punch is a lot like catching a football. You bring it back with the punch basically in a controlled way, like shocks on a car. You don't move forward... that just creates more momentum. No beef Punchie, just some simple physics.

Mayweather does it that is why I know Maywether got a decent chin.

Just he doesnt need to test it in the fight

When i work my neck i usually do weighted extensions and then the wrestlers bridge on a soft surface, you will notice the difference in the strength and size of your neck.
