    Have you thought about the fact that you should be doing the movement the opposite way? The way you're doing them now, is the same direction a punch will force your head: Backwards. You should be going forwards, thereby getting stronger at opposing the punch.

    I have to agree with Eazy, your one arm pushups need some correction....

      You only hit that tyre in the car parking lot once! I think you went outside, hit it, got tired and buggered off inside cos its raining. What a wimp!

        Hey catas you prolly have height on most of ur opponents...make sure not to smother ur punches. You put combinations together pretty well but u dont wanna be too close cause it takes a lot out of ur punches. Just something you might wanna work on in sparring.

          TO PUNCH:
          Is it because my feet were slanting when i did it? and about the neck... What do you mean? Should I lay down off the bed on my back and do it like that???? or just stand up...? let me know i'd like to try it. Others ways kinda hurt and feel weird so i left them alone ans stuck to what i know.(which isnt much about the neck so anything helps in that training area.)

            Yea i have a tiny bit of height on them... Yea i am goign to work on that.. a really bad habit i have is smothering...

                    lol 75 straight is my goal... I am no where near those yet...

                    Anyway thats August 26th when you'll see the 30 pull-ups...

                    this is just sumthin i made quick.. hypin my return to the gym. 1
