My point, of course, is that Philly is a huge boxing town. Not like kinder-gentler, soft-handed, latte-sipping software company hell out here.

philly is one of the biggest boxing towns there is. i love it cuz u never not find sparring partners, and anytime u go into any "real" gym in the city, u know ur in for a ass-whoopin if ur not on point. its funny, everytime i go spar and ****, we're always like, lets jus work and take it easy today, and we both agree, and as soon the bell rings, its like its a championship fight. LOVE IT!

they just put the rocky statue back up at the bottom of the steps a few months ago. awesome site to see. and i think any boxer should run up the art museum steps and do the little ali shuffle at the top lol. if ur ever in the city, hit me up we'll go to da gym!

i started gettin back into shape for like the past 3 months now (had a 9 month layoff) and made a shadowbox vid so u guys could tear it apart. based on me watchin it i def need more head movement and hand speed, and lateral movement. need to get the rust off big time. anyway here it is, rip it apart...
