thanks for that fraidy, i thought at after watchin it my handspeed was what i had to work on cuz i thought i got alot slower since i stopped training, but good to know i still have some speed... yea sparrin vid should be up hopefully by the end of the month im supposed to spar in like 2 weeks i jus wanna work on my explosiveness a little more then go and spar, cuz these philly dudes are relentless, so i gotta be on my A game. but thanks for the comment, much appreciated!!

I like it in Philly but this one time when i was playing basketball...well a couple of guys said were up in no good and started making trouble in my neighbourhood. I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
and said youre moving with your aunte and uncle in bel-air.
