I'd say take a couple of days off, let your body rejuvenate. your body sooner or later needs to rest. see how you feel after a few days. I was knackered all the time cos I was up at 6:00 in work til 6:00 pm training every nite from 8:00 til 10:00 or 11:00. that **** ****s you in. also drink LOTS of water, it's essential man.

switch up your diet. Picture your body as a machine running on fuel. If your engine is not running good look at your fuel you are putting in. You may need more vegetables or carbs. (or whatever) Try vitamins first and if you really want a surge buy a juicer and juice vegetables in the morning on an empty stomach and give it one hour before eating. You will see lots more energy.

Yeah that sounds like a nutritional problem.
Check what you're eating like these others pointed out. If you really want to go the healthy route and have plenty of energy:
Eat 7-9 tiny meals or snacks a day.......and nothing but Fruits, Vegetables, maybe a tad bit of Whole grains but not too much, Raw almonds and cashews(watch the cashews because they pack tons of calories and saturated fats).
Diet is maybe the biggest part of any type of fitness, whether it be you're trying to shake body fat, lose weight, gain muscle, or gain energy.
Also drinking a couple of cups of black coffee a day is a great way to get a boost of energy, just don't put sugar or cream into it. When you eat foods high in saturated fats, grease, sugar or any other nasty ****........your body responds like it's being poisoned yet it immediately stores that instead of using it as direct fuel.
Sugar from fruits is great because they trigger your glucose levels and produce pure energy that won't be stored most of the time.

If you're going to eat meat, eat lean. Like baked chicken, maybe a steak if you want but don't eat the sauce with it....that's ****ing loaded with sodium and simple carbohydrates things that will sap energy from you and make you start to gain body fat (A1 Sauce, BBQ sauce etc).
For one you'll notice that not only your energy will boost, but you're going to visibly notice changes in your body if you're not already at a low BFP.

Oh and it's super important to ask here because it's critical.
Are you a drinker? do you smoke herb or do drugs? do you smoke cigarettes? Because those things will murder your energy and fitness.
None of it is good, so you're going to need to stop that if you're using. And the reason I state this is because there are more users than people like to admit....and I'm just throwing that out there.

Runs had some pretty good posts, I didn't read the whole thread skipped to the last page, but did anybody mention Water???? and B vitamins????
Oh and Runs, If he's not trying to lose weight he can afford some Carbs even simple ones in moderation Carbs = Energy. But good point stay away from High Sodium, Large amounts fat, And IMO preservatives, you know the long ass words you can not pronounce in the ingrediants. Are a killer as well. Which if you go with the Fresh not pre packaged foods like Runs mentioned you can avoid. It's all diet and water MI Amigo. OH and Coffee, which is good for your liver.
