    Well then it's simple.

If you change your diet and you still have no energy, there might be something wrong with you and you need to see the doctor.

I'm so sure the diet change will cure that however.

j/k. Not drinking is a very good start. I know for a fact, keeping off, and refraining from downing a beer is the bain of many boxers on here.

Does that include frozen fruit? I read somewhere that blueberries have a lot of health benefits and I thought it said frozen was ok... and its cheaper that way, but is that a bad thing?

Also, I know I eat frozen veggies sometimes... is it preservatives that release the estrogen or what?

When food is exposed to plastic for a lengthy time, the food actually absorbs some of the plastic molecules. Doctors and Scientists refer to the plastic molecules when consumed as "xenoestrogen". The plastic molecules mimic estrogen molecules and bind to estrogen recepters in the body.

Eating frozen veggies once in a while won't ruin your fitness because that would be ridiculous for anyone to claim that. However eating that type of food habitually has been proven to have negative effects on fitness much like eating any type a type of preservative.

Nobody knows how their body will respond to eating all of the preservatives. Many of them can have serious negative effects like an imbalance in body homeostasis and malfunctions in someone's metabolism because their body can't break down the chemicals, therefore their body will store them and attempt to break them down at a later date. The end result is like stuffing your body full of toxins.

If you do eat plastic wrapped foods........make sure you eat an equal amount of raw foods and antioxidants that would help your body purge all of those chemicals.

Fresh fruits, vegetables and black coffee are excellent sources of complex carbohydrates and antioxidants.

Thanks RWK. I think I'll try to go with the fresh more often. Wish they could come up with a better packaging system to get around that.

                  That's some interssting info.
Although it's only xenoestrogen when it's acting as an estrogen agonist. Actually these chemicals also cause DNA damage, thus cause cancer too. Antioxidants also won't really help you in this case. They don't act as antagonists, or inhibitors to the estrogen receptors, nor do they prevent the DNA damage. So they are useless in this case, it's better just to do eat plastic wrapped foods all the time all together. Also, just to clarify, black coffee doesn't really have any carbs at all, complex or simple. Maybe if you're eating the beans... But they are a good source of antioxidants if you care about that.

Also, you're right, some 'toxins' if you wanna call them that, can't be broken down very well, or pissed out very well, and are thus stored in our fat, sometimes causing DNA damage and just overall causing ****.

EDIT: I should add, to really induce enough DNA damage to cause cancer (or harm to a fetus, if any of you guys are pregnant, haha) you have to be consuming a ****load of these molecules.
