    Since 2 months ago I have noticed a big drop in my energy. Now im always tired, in the morning and after i get home from school, even after coming home from school and sleeping a 1-3 hours i still dont feel much of energy. Yesterday I went to my boxing gym and I felt so out of energy that i almost left the first 10 minutes i was there but I decided to hang on through. I have been dieting and Im stuck at 158. If you guys know or have experienced this please share. if not please point out what could be causing this

      r u dropping weight for a fight or sumthin? of u r that could be it, if not, is ur nutrition in check? since u go to school i assume ur young, so u shouldnt be without energy unless ur starvin urself for weight, and even then u should still find energy to workout. make sure ur sleepin enough, at least 6 hours, check ur nutrition. if nothing helps, see the doc, u could have caught sumthin. good luck hope u get better.

        this is stupied as hell guys! this thread gets 2 replies and 29 views and WHITEHOPES threads get hundreads of views and like 20-40 replies within a hour or two. Thats messed up were paying more attention to some ****** that doesnt have any friends instead of helping eachother out and reading and replying to the actual(real)boxer threads

          I Agree boxing4ever,

          I think the posts you have so far have said enough, check your diet make sure your getting enough sleep. If there is still issues go see your Doctor.

            thanks dmc ya i usually sleep from 12-7 which equals 7 hours of sleep then i come back home at 3 and sleep usually 1-2 hours and still feel a little lazy and tired

                Exactly, we don’t know if this individual is sucking down nothing, but empty calories. Is he downing a can of coke before he goes to school, eating a couple of candy bars at lunch, and a cheeseburger for supper, and staying below 1600 calories a day, and calling it a diet?
                How old is this individual, a 15-year-old sop****re, or a 24-year-old senior in college? What is his build type? How tall is he? Why 7 hours of sleep when most active people need more especially if the individual is a teenager? Is he hydrating himself with at least 64 ounces of water day?

                  here is my diet
                  wake up 7 o clock:special k serial with 2% milk,oatmeal bar,glass of orange juice
                  lunch:bag of graps, chicken pita(daily),water
                  come home:3:00: bowl of fried rice,chicken breast
                  back from gym:8:00:bowl of shrimp and fried rice
                  for snacks I usually have like special k serial bars,fruit snacks
                  im 16 years old
                  i weigh 158 im 5"7 1/2 tall and im muscular/good toned not bulky.
