    Supposed to have class but gym was shut down
    1 hour on bike

    5/11
    Started at new gym

    -40 yard sprint to marker, sprint back, 20 pushups with elbos in- repeat 8 times
    -5 rounds (3 min) of burnout punches (1-2s) on heavybag
    -5 rounds on focus pads with trainer
    -100 situps alternating elbow to knee

    5/12
    am class
    -1 mile run
    3 minute rounds with 30 seconds rest
    -3 rounds of burnouts with dumbells, rotating between punching in front, punching arms out to side and punching up
    -7 rounds on heavy bag, multiple jabs and combinations
    -3 rounds on double end bag
    -50 situps with punches
    -50 clap pushups
    -50 burpess with jumps

    pm
    1 hour on bike
    500 situps

    3 mile run

        i bet the worst was the 5 rounds of pads? I love doing pads, i go all out.

        Did you go on the run alone?? Or were you with others from your gym?

          The pads did get me winded but it was the most fun. We didn't do much of that at the last gym i was going to. I think my favorite part of the padwork is hearing that **** when you hit them. Especially if the trainer slaps at your punches a little. It helps for putting combinations together too.

          Everyone started the warmup run and exercises together but then we went at our own pace.

              spar 2 3 minute rounds
              6 rounds heavy bag
              4 rounds slip bag
              4 rounds double end bag
              hold pushup position for 90 seconds
              hold superman position 90 seconds
              hold plank position 2 minutes
              jump rope for 10 minutes

              500 situps, 200 pushups (later at home)
