    Amateur divisions are 152 and 141...

      Ok, so would you have a fighter who's lean but not rail thin at 150 to go down to 141? I guess that would fit what you said earlier about losing 10 in the last month.

            Even still Vers, 10lbs in 5 hours isn't good for you, I would never want to fight at the end of those 5 hours, not to mention the damage it would do to your brain. I wouldn't make that kind of cutting a habit. Even 2lbs on fightnight isn't really ideal (physiologicaly).

              I drop from around 61.5kg to make the 60kg weight limit.... so maybe 4 pounds??? I just don't eat the night before, run in the morning or skip lightly in sauna. Although I havent had fight, this is what I did for my fight that the guy couldn't fight because he ddn't have blood tests.

                It was in wrestling when I was in the 11th grade.I had a fight that night.3 sets of sweats,plus I sweat like a 400lb guy going up 100 flight of stairs.

                      165ish down to 152 hate it but it feels great. Been doin it all of highschool for wrestling and now im doin it for boxing
