    im flaco...the other guy is about 15-20 pounds heavier but is not as experienced

    If you are the guy in red, you shouldn't weave unless you are avoiding an actual punch. The other guy is lousy if he is so much heavier.....

      remember i mentioned he has less experience....yea i know he spends way too much energy weaving around.....

        you look alright,you wont learn much without throwing punches though,you only learn when you land,miss or take a punch,neither of u threw much punches

          Some good solid skills, and you don't try to look all flashy. Obviously not perfect, but I wouldn't say you have a whole lot of weaknesses. Well done bro.

          That guy in red isn't even so bad himself if he's really inexperienced, he sure wastes a lot of energy though.

            I can agree with that, don't be afriad to make mistakes in sparring. That was you won't make them for real.

              great advice cuzo....i never thought of sparring as a place to make a lot of mistakes to learn

                yeh it kind of is,cause in a real fight you cant make them mistakes,it costs you the fight,but in sparring,you make them mistakes and learn not to make them again,carrying that into the ring with you each time,you will make less and less mistakes,then when you fight for real,youre all good

                  hey mate only watched the first 40 odd seconds. looked good. big problem i noticed besides the weaving is you were leaving your chin right out there. try to tuck in when you are on the move.
