good but you throw some of the uppercut abit wide and far away if you changed it to straight right you would get some shots or even right hook.
another thing try to couter him for example if the guy jab slip and hit him with a right hook to the head or even you uppercut to the body will be more effective and will hit him for sure

im flaco...the other guy is about 15-20 pounds heavier but is not as experienced
With all the bobbing and weaving it would seem that the guy in red is trying to fight small. In effect he was putting you in the role of fighting tall. In any case the best way to handle him would be to keep him on the end of your jab. Snap that jab out as fast as you can, and throw it in 2 or 3 or 4 jab combinations ending with a straight right.
If a sparring partner likes to prance around the ring, it gives you the opportunity to practise cutting off the ring. When he steps left you step left, when he steps right you step right. The idea is to force him into the ropes. If he comes at you show him an angle and pump the jab. Catch whatever he throws at you with your right glove.
Go sideways, generally it is a bad idea to pull straight back. This guy in red is big enough to run you down, so you do not have enough of a height and reach advantage to make pulling straight back a feasible strategy. Although he may lack the ability to run you down you should not get in the habit of presenting an opponent with an opportunity.

Which one are you again? I'd say the guy in black should be the more experienced. Throws his punches better, moves less awkwardly, and more efficiently.
If that's you, try to keep your chin down, and turn your right hand inwards a little, when it's in your guard. It kinda dangles too much as it is, and won't do much for protection that way.
Also, you're letting him out, to your right, which is really where you'd want him to go. Cut him off that way, and throw a right hook, he'll eat it every time with his chin in the air like that.
Overall, a good style. Needs refinement, and maybe some more attitude. You seem a little timid in there, which is holding you back a little.
