You get your 2 longest fingers and immitate walking with them along a table.

Lol. Say you have a sledge hammeer. You put all the tips of your fingers (not thumbs) on the handle. 4 on one side, 4 on the other. and press together to hold it. Then you move your 2 fingers on the bottom down, ( while holding the sledge hammer with the other fingers) and re grip. Then bring the other fingers down to meet it. And keep going like that. Its to improve finger strength,

Id like to try this, but as aprevious poster said, I have nowhere to do it. I may get a sledgehammer to do finger walks with though. Anyone suggest a weight for that?
