Lol. Say you have a sledge hammeer. You put all the tips of your fingers (not thumbs) on the handle. 4 on one side, 4 on the other. and press together to hold it. Then you move your 2 fingers on the bottom down, ( while holding the sledge hammer with the other fingers) and re grip. Then bring the other fingers down to meet it. And keep going like that. Its to improve finger strength,
