    Yeh I snack on chocolate. If I snack, veg would be good.

      12:30 at night, felt like I was going to die because I didn't eat after the gym.. made myself a sandwhich! 2 peices of ***ish Rye with some mayonaise (scarce as I hate people who slop too much on) and mustard, 2 peices of roast beef, 2 peices of provolgne cheese, and 2 slices of pickle. A bowl of applesauce.. and a small bag of cheetos! And now im going to sleep to allow the fat to accumulate within my body MUAHAHA

      Fast metabolism + tall and skinny = i eat whatever i wannnnnnnnt

      it'll catch up with me though.. sometime.

        Snacking is fine. the tip to losing weight or regulating your weight to slowly go down. Eat six or several smaller meals. Just snack on things, have one big meal a day, breakfast or dinner. and when i mean snack, i dont mean a bite of a protein bar, im talking. maybe just a cheeseburger, no fries or anything. Just a hotpocket. something like that.

          1 Bowl of plain Oatmeal ( 2 packs of raw sugar )
          2 Slices of Wheat Toast ( Lite Margarine )
          1 Hard Boiled Egg


          ^ Breakfast...I've been pretty consistent with this. Feel more energized and fuller until my mid morning snack at around 10am...I'll usually have a fruit cup or some g****s or pineapple slices to give me some pick-me-up before lunch. Easy access to all of this at work.



          How does this sound...?

            I dont know much about nutrition, but it sounds good to me!

            Yeh, but wouldnt cheeseburger be a bit of a bad idea?

              I discovered these south beach diet breakfast wraps at wal-mart and they are great. I ate one of those with a banana for lunch.

                haha I HATE YOU!!! My metabolism is slow, its a curse. But I slowly trying to make it faster. For lunch or w/e I had a half a sandwhich with turkey (alot of turkey) and some cheese on whole wheat. Filled me up perfectly. 2-3 hours later..I had that again. Prolly not the best thing to eat but I love it. Im not looking for some crisp 6 pack...I just wanna last in the ring, and I wanna look decent.

                  I guess to some people lol, people who have god like metabolism can do w/e the **** they want to lol. But, **** I love cheese burgers, having one once in a while isnt gunna destroy you. I work out alot every single day, and once a week I reward my self with something im craving. That keeps me motavated, I love food to much lol
