    In keeping with the "Dieting" theme. Post the last thing you ate.

    I'll start. It's lunchtime here on the left coast.

    Lunch:

    - 1 bag (8 oz) sugar snap peas
    - 1 medium-sized organic banana
    - handful of Baked Ruffles potato chips, about 20 (you've got to try these; in the parlance of today's youth, they're the bomb the bomb the diggy diggy bomb)
    - glass of hot green tea with 1 packet raw sugar
    - 5g glutamine

        The glutamine. I had a protein shake for breakfast (EDIT: nonfat milk, oatmeal, frozen blackberries, whey protein, & organic fresh-pressed apple juice) & I keep a bag of venison jerky in my tool belt.

          My diet will probably start next week. It will include stuff like salad and grilled chicken.

          Dinner I had mashed potato, carrots, broccoli, and some chicken and garlic kiev.

            i just finished eating lunch, i had fat free cottage cheese on a bagel, a banana, and 10 saltines.

                I had a wheat wrap with ham and cheese for breakfast, a healthy choice meal at around 3, and another healthy choice meal at 8. I also had a biscuit and a piece of chicken from hardees I blame my family for eating take out right in front of me. Im mentally weak right now lol. Im on the third day of a low cal diet and although Im probably somewhere below 2000 cals, biscuit and fried chicken is a nono.
