- 1 medium-sized organic banana
- handful of Baked Ruffles potato chips, about 20 (you've got to try these; in the parlance of today's youth, they're the bomb the bomb the diggy diggy bomb)
- glass of hot green tea with 1 packet raw sugar
- 5g glutamine
