Man, I need to know what to eat to lose weight. Not as a boxers diet just a normal one.
just keep an eye on calories in, compared to calories out. space your daily calories out evenly throughout the day so you metabolize most of it, watch out for bad carbs and bad fats (carbs:sugar etc..) (fats:trans, saturated) try to eat mono/poly unsaturated fats and omega 3's. i could go on, but that alone will help out alot.
just ate:
-2 bagel halves
-1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
-8 oz. glass of orange juice (with 30g protein mix)
-3 celery stalks
-10 carrots
-g****fruit half
