      Do you put anything in it? I used to hate it too untill I added some splenda and cinamon. Now its pretty good.

          i snacked on a some pinapple slices and g****s all day
          at 530 i had 2 scrambled eggs on wheat toast
          and i had water all day

                just keep an eye on calories in, compared to calories out. space your daily calories out evenly throughout the day so you metabolize most of it, watch out for bad carbs and bad fats (carbs:sugar etc..) (fats:trans, saturated) try to eat mono/poly unsaturated fats and omega 3's. i could go on, but that alone will help out alot.

                  just ate:
                  -2 bagel halves
                  -1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
                  -8 oz. glass of orange juice (with 30g protein mix)
                  -3 celery stalks
                  -10 carrots
                  -g****fruit half

                      snacking is fine, just watch what you're snacking on. veggies are always satisfying for me.
