That sneaker punch looks great for fights in and outside the ring if you ever need it. I'm still trying that falling step for the jab, pretty much the opposite of what i have been taught but it does seem to get some more power for sure.

IMHO this is the best book for teaching people how to punch and it dos alot more besides!

I was taught about the falling step forever, I thought everyone already knew it.

What I didnt know was his line of power. I always hit with my front two knuckles to minimize damage to my pinky bone. The aiming with the ring finger was something alot different. Maybe it will improve my accuracy.
