actually, it's a book on fighting with boxing techniques. it can be applied to ring fighting easily, however.

im on page 47 and i have put some of the stuff he says to the test on the bag as in leaning in when throwing hooks and all and ive seen a major difference.

tell us when you use this stuff in sparring.

I want to know how effective his long range left-jolt(jab) is he talks bout on page 22.

It's supposed to be a damn powerful jab that'll knock ppl out.
