if i post what i eat for a week

    yeah , its just i dont want to be fighting ppl taller than me , i love being the taller fighter , cos my jabs my best punch by far, i have a really fast jab and love doing a quick head body head with a left jab.
    i dont mind taking big shots cos im used to them with me being the lightest in sparring.just i dont want to fight some big tall ****er but i suppose these things happen.

      One day you will encounter an 8 stone guy standing 6'1" and you'll be pissed off that you didn't move up to over 9 stone to fight the stocky 5'7" guy! life can be a *****.

        yeah true , i think a 6ft 1 8stone guy would be funny as **** , i would laff , one jab and hes snap lol

          7.30am Glass of water - Vitamin c tablet

          9.30 am 0.3L of vegtable soup, a go ahead slice , a fruit and nut flap jack.0.5L of diluting juice

          12.30pm half a cup of veg soup , a 45g pack of salted peanuts a low fat cherry yogurt and a apple.0.5L of diluted juice

          5.00pm - A slice of fruit cake
          5.30pm Chicken korma , with tht yellow rice , one small onion badji and a small nan bread.

              9.40pm ****y chicken baguette and a piece of flapjack
              12.30 pm cheese and onino spread roll (white)
              1 low fat fruit yogurt, 2 go ahead slices 1.3g's fat each.
              45g bag of salted peanuts
              5.00pm a harvest bar

                Friday

                7.30am Water - vitamin c
                9.30am Sausage, bacon and chesse bag, with brown sauce - Banana
                12.30pm 0.3L ministroni soup - a coconut, oats and choc traybake (bout 1/4 was choc) and this sweet stuff on the bottom.
                3.00pm Bottle of fizzy orange lucozade and some glucose tablets
                5.30pm Energy powder that i mix with water
                7.00pm a bottle of lucozade sport
                a muller fruit corner rasperry yogurt.
                7.30pm Pasta mixed with bits of chicken, red and green pepers and other healthy stuff (got it at a salad bar)
                an apple and a bottle of lucozade sport.
                11.30pm some water.

                  10.20am - Some Water
                  11.30am A prawn and lettuce baguette
                  Bottle of fizzy lucozade
                  2.10pm Bottle of water and a pack of Walkers Baked Crisps 2.0g fat 0.3 of which saturates.
                  3.20pm , a apple , banana and a harvest bar.
                  5.00pm Macaroni cheese
                  7.30 pm A bottle of lucozade sport
                  9.00pm a small hanfull of salted peanuts
                  10.00pm a apple, banana and a go ahead slice thing 3.9g fat
                  11.00pm a bag of walkers baked crisps 2.0g fat and a bottle of water

                    Sunday

                    1.00pm A small boal of porrage oats with 125ml milk - 25ml water, a glass of fresh orange and a vitamin c tablet and an apple
                    2.00pm a bag of walkers baked crisps
                    3.30pm 2 small handfulls of salted peanuts
                    5.45pm - Chicken , carrots , peas , 2 yorkshire puddings, gravey and potatoes. and a glass of fruit juice
                    6.15 pm - some midget gems (not many)
                    7.45 - Bottle of lucozade sport
                    8.30pm an apple and a banana
                    9.20pm Porrage oats with 100ml milk and 50ml water

                      wow your dilligent...I really want to lose weight but rather then watch what I eat I just cut down on "snacking foods" and work out harder.....
                      your not gunna get the "washboard abs" but if you work hard enough you'll be thin and have a defined stomach...
